1.Alloy 800 is a kind of solid solution, high strength and austenitic Nickel-ferrum-chrome alloy,which can control C, Al,Ti,Mn properly .It has following features:

l favorable anti-corrosive and high temperature resistant property

l good mechanical property under 600°C 

l excellent resistance to oxidation,reduction and nitridation

l easy for processing

5.Application

l heating component pipe-favorable machanical property

l acetic anhydride cracking-resistance to corrosion in the course of processing

l as for 600°C condition, the products are supplied as anneal situation. as for applying to high temperature 

envirnment,it is advised to be supplied for the alloy as solution and anneal situation.
